Our first imperative is to live authentic, confident and aligned. Our second is to bring this whole self to positively influence the world. It’s a journey.

Life wasn’t always easy. In fact, I have done hard. A lot of hard. Underlying all the hard was a deep knowing that I was meant for more. I was meant to be an influential catalyst for graceful change, for myself first, then for others.

The time has come. The time is now.

Rising above a childhood of equal parts neglect, love, and abuse, I knew life held more and, with relentless curiosity, searched for how to create it. Divorced with a newborn and a 16-month-old, I began the journey of single parenthood. A brief second marriage resulted in my ex-husband running away, my children, and me losing our home and my business. Perseverance, determination, and heart-centered belief in all things good allowed me to rebuild a life for myself and my children. Now, I lean into the brilliance gleaned from the hard lessons. These nuggets of wisdom inform what is possible for myself and my clients. Our beliefs create our reality. I harnessed my beliefs.

Today I work with successful individuals who are in transition or ready to create their own transformation because life has evolved into a landscape they don’t want. They are overscheduled, often unhappy, and searching for more: more meaning, more joy, more authenticity, more self-empowerment, and more fun! My relationship with my beliefs is intimate, evolving, and cultivates my foundation for a purposeful life. This wisdom informs how I support my clients and what I share in my circles. Life doesn’t happen to you; it reflects you. I put my clients in the driver’s seat of their lives with intention, purpose, and love.

“Who you are speaks so loudly I cannot hear your words.” Emerson
