The initial deep-dive needs analysis revealed an information deficit that could be eradicated through some very purposeful and pointed training. I developed a four hour training curriculum and then conducted one hour follow ups with each individual participating to assess the application of new skills. This was delivered and the company went from a Baseline average of 5 sales per week to 50 sales in the first 10 days. Follow up analysis with each individual participant revealed the thoroughness of adoption. The next step was to incorporate this training protocol into an operations manual so there was an overarching Baseline skill training and expectations for each new hire.

Case Study - Success in Action

A small medical company who during the initial needs analysis revealed a lack of updated tools and processes. It was deemed that the company could go from 1500 patients a month up to 5000 plus if they made a change in their ERP system. Through a deep analysis of their needs and identifying must have and nice to have, a software program was found. It was placed in play and within one year they were operating on a single system with minimal paper. They took a team of 5 customer service reps handling 1500 patients and doubled the patient load with 40% room to grow. It was also determined that Outsourcing billing via EDI would be far more effective, creating cost savings of 15 – 18%.
